At Serenity's Pet Haven, all orders are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partner, BuckyDrop. Once your order is placed and processed, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes. Serenity's Pet Haven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $39.99 or more. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
